Fees and Terms

Our corporate clients always assume our fees. Our fees are competitive and will be discussed when an area of mutual interest is established. William J. Christopher is unique in our fee protection guarantee and the level of personal and professional service offered.

We protect our client's investment by issuing a guarantee that if a candidate warrants separation, within one year of their start date, we execute another search for out-of-pocket expenses only.

Standard reimbursable expenses include travel, lodging, meals and advertising. Research, telephone, fax and photocopy are expenses that William J. Christopher absorbs.

We always discuss in advance the out-of-town travel of prospective candidates and our staff, and will request authorization before making any unusual or unanticipated expenditures.
